Picking on Megan

Posted on July 24, 2023

The other evening, we had spent the day at the kids’ horse show… but had to come home and work. Gathering cattle with end of the day heat and the swarms of bugs wasn’t enjoyable, but it would be a short trip. As we made the final section to the fields and corral, the light became entirely glamorous. That soft light and colors of the sunset, well, these photos don’t do it justice.

I didn’t realize I was doing it, but when I looked at my pics, Megan was in many where the light was perfect.

Which is your favorite?

They are all terrific views “from the moment.” The different lighting as the sun sets is really beautiful. I think my favorite is #4, with #5 a second.

The last one #5 where she is in the distance on the hill looks like sunsetting?
They are all good though! Way to go Megan such a hard working cowgirl and Mamma!
