PAP

Posted on February 13, 2024

It was another gorgeous day and I wandered down to the corral to give a hand to Daniel as he PAP tested his bulls and cows. Not that he needed me, but it was an excuse to get out and about.

PAP testing, if you remember my other posts on it, measures Pulmonary Arterial Pressure. Done by a veterinarian, it tests if an animal may suffer from high altitude sickness.

It’s a fascinating and quick process. Amazing what you can do these days!
If you have time, go watch my older video on when Dr. Holt came and gave a great class on this to us and our neighbors!

Carol, Wyoming rancher

Since 2008, I’ve kept this photographic journal of life on our working Wyoming ranch.  I share ranch work, my family, crafts and DIY, my English Shepherds, Bravo and Indy, and a love for this land.  Enjoy this red dirt country!
