Something To Do

Posted on October 7, 2024

I’m afraid this photographic journal is getting a tad short on photographs. My experiences don’t include much variety except the different rooms inside of my house. My painting is almost done… I actually thought it was complete, but today I wanted to add another touch. I’ve started on a diamond dot wildflower painting… no artistic flair, just “paint by number”. I do have two tables that I plan on decorating now that I have my plan. But new ranch content? Well, it probably won’t happen for a while.

So, I need your help.

Do you have any ideas I could use for content? Craft lessons? More Q & A? I’ve been thinking about videos with the grandkids teaching them all this miscellany I have stuck in my head, but they’re so busy… I’m just at a loss with content other than my Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday posts. I know you guys are brilliant and can help me use this time in a creative way.

One more week until my doctor appointment! At least then, I’ll have a plan. Yes, I’m using my brace. Yes, I’m taking it easy. But I really don’t see the appeal of sitting on my butt all day. Give me something to do!

Living in middle England I love your photos of WY. But I’m also a crafty person ( quilting, crocheting, water colour painting) so love your craft posts. Recipes of your favourite meals, especially when you’re feeding a crowd eg branding time would be interesting too.

I’d love more views of Otter Creek Canyon when you visit there. And, maybe the “saddle up” time first thing in the morning! Thanks.

I would agree with Denny144. We went through Ten Sleep about a week and a half ago, but didn’t have time to stop and check out the town. It looked like a really nice small town.

How about a visual tour of Ten Sleep or a visual tour of your homestead? Call me crazy but I love to explore grocery stores (but not national big box stores) when I’m in a new town to compare what they have compared to my local store. And bonus points if there’s an antique mall.
