Another physical therapy day and I continue to improve. My 30 minutes on an exercise bike is now joined by short walks with hiking sticks. I continue to walk crooked, favoring a knee that no longer needs favored. Striding out balanced by the poles should help. Of course, I hike on the highway, preferring its level surface to any muddy and snow patched dirt road. Bravo was happy enough to go along, Indy as well.
We’re taking it step by step.
As I’ve said before, “Knees take forever and can’t be rushed.” So try to walk straight, don’t favor the knee now that it doesn’t need it, and keep on.
