Time for a new project!
The outhouse by the mountain corral has been bad for years. Leaning. Door broken and hard to open. It was just bad. Two years ago, Vernon bought a very tinny, light weight, “shed” that he converted into an outhouse but it was put over by my cabin. It wouldn’t have held up by the corral… too much wind and snow! I pushed again for a new outhouse… and when Vernon made a face, I just said I’d build one. Vernon quickly agreed… so here I am.

Don’t look closely. I know I’ve made mistakes. I’m using some very crooked 2×4’s that had been used for cement work. Once Brandon helped me stand it up, I put it together… then literally sat there and debated if I liked the setup. I’ve decided I don’t. I think I’ll take the walls apart and make it narrower and longer.

But, hey… it’ll be stout and hold up. I have to find something for the outside walls… and I have a lot of floating flooring that would look kinda cool. Then I’ll need some tin for the roof… Time to scavenge some more supplies before I can finish.
