Daniel, T. (his friend) and I took some bulls to a different pasture about 3 miles away.

Crossing the Nowood.  Yes, Dally was dog of the day.  Lucas had enough yesterday, or so I thought.  When I left in boots, spurs, and chaps, he went crazy and tried to get out of the yard to come along.  Luckily the fence held him… He didn’t need to work two days in a row.

The wind was not bad… the sun was shining… the bulls were fairly cooperative… giving us time to visit and laugh right along… regaling T. with stories and memories.
Today was a good ‘un.

Carol, Wyoming rancher

Since 2008, I’ve kept this photographic journal of life on our working Wyoming ranch.  I share ranch work, my family, crafts and DIY, my English Shepherds, Bravo and Indy, and a love for this land.  Enjoy this red dirt country!
