That’s Good

Aha!

Amazing what I can find in my zillion photos…

The wildfire from last year approaches the fence corner and fence line…

burnThose faint red lines are arrows trying to show where the fence ran.

Let’s look a little closer…

burned mesaWay on the far left, you can make out the burned fenceline.  The “road” on the right is actually a fireline.

Yup.  There’s grass.  There’s also a LOT of weeds.  We knew it would help eventually… it was the painful process of getting through without this pasture last year!  Plus the work of rebuilding the fence.  Also, we have yet to run a new pipeline for water…

But… it’s growing… and that’s good!
