Re-Red: July 12 – July 18, 2020

Posted on July 26, 2020July 26, 2020

This is a longer video… the last day was the Kids’ Rodeo down in Ten Sleep, and I had to include everyone, right? So if cute kids won’t brighten your day, you can stop when you see Jaxon presenting the flag at the beginning of the rodeo.

The rest of the video is moving cattle… great scenery, some dust, and black cattle! We weighed and shipped our yearling steers, we trucked some cattle to the mountain. Brandon roped a bloated calf and he, Daniel, and Megan sorted off a cow that needed to go back and find her calf.

The Kids’ Rodeo included the costume contest, roping, stick horse race, sheep riding (all kids were off fast and landed HARD), barrel racing, and goat tail tying. It ended with the boys in the Ribbon Race and we were happy they actually did it. It’s harder than it looks! Reagan shows off her buckle for the costume contest that she won!
