One thing to be said for not having much garden produce… there’s not much to can! My first canning job of the year was sweet pickle relish. Most of the cucumbers were from my sister. I think I am down to one jar from a few years ago, so I’m happy to be restocked.
We managed to get out for a Sunday drive up the mountain…. We had an impressive drive home with lightning and tiny rain showers. They looked more impressive towards the north!
