My day was spent as organizer for my basement… adding more tubs to underneath my newest tall bed… pitching and sorting plastic containers… shuffling newer foodstuffs to the back of shelf to make way for the new if I get to town for the case lot sale…
JUST ALL SORTS OF EXCITEMENT.
I found out:
I have a plethora of spiders this year.
Ice cream bucket lids must reproduce in the dark.
Plastic tub lids either become ice cream bucket lids or they escape the dampness of the basement, never to be seen again.
Random Christmas decorations appear mixed in with canning jars and craft supplies.
My furnace room shouldn’t also be craft storage, but there it is.
If you’ve ever given me unique potential projects like piano stools, tables, wooden boxes, wool roving, hide stretchers, or bird houses… I still have them! Never fear! They’re on my list… still…
How did three bags of trash and seven large empty boxes get in my basement?
I vote I do something OUTSIDE tomorrow!
When asked what I did today, Uh, Nothing, is my first response instead of Ipickedupcleaneduporganizedpitchedmovedsliddebatedandorganizedsomemorebutnoonewilleverseeitbutme…
Great that you got some organising done. You deserve a day outside now.
3 bags of trash and 7 empty boxes sounds like a Christmas thing…making room for kids to play after presents are opened. 🙂
I can picture it well! And the plethora of spiders sure have plenty of things to explore and keep themselves physically fit and amused! Good writing, Carol. Sorry, I don’t need a hide stretcher. 🙂
sorting and organizing, throwing out, has to be done once in a while. Good for you.
Sounds like you got a good bit done. But fresh air and sunshine sounds better
