Annual Hike

Posted on April 7, 2019April 7, 2019

When an old photo of our hike up Red Canyon popped up on our Facebook newsfeed, Megan, Tess, and I decided we should make it an annual event. Victoria and crew were here as well, so, today, off we went. It was a blustery day, but the intermittent sun and shade were still good enough…

Keeping Herself Pretty

Posted on April 5, 2019April 5, 2019

Most people don’t think of cows grooming themselves much like cats do… but this black and white filter makes it easy to see where she’s been licking and keeping herself looking pretty.

Sic Itur Ad Astra

Posted on March 31, 2019March 31, 2019

Thus One Goes to the Stars… A Latin phrasing often referring to immortality…  “thus one goes to the stars : such is the way to immortality” I’m not sure how I ran across the photo online… but I found myself looking at one of the most exceptional statues I’ve ever seen. I was determined to find it…
