Adventures in Photography

Posted on October 9, 2014

Posted on May 21, 2014

Busy Season

Posted on April 24, 2014

If you couldn’t tell… we’ve been busy around here. We’ve been kicking cows out into our badlands pasture.  It is a LONG walk for little bitty baby calves, and for my horse and my dog and for ME!  (Don’t mind that my camera didn’t open all the way… I do believe the poor thing is…

Commercial Time Filler

I need a favor.  The BlogHer community is running their contest for Voice of the Year again.  This is a way to promote great bloggers across the country.  In 2011 and 2012, I was recognized as one of the Voices of the Year.  I even made it into their downloadable book of entries in 2012. …

Wildlife Meditation

Posted on February 9, 2014

Well, football’s over… Vernon was gone snowmobiling… I’d cleaned and crafted and was ready for *something different* for my Sunday afternoon. aha! Grabbed cameras and dogs and we went for a drive. What? What’s that? Oh, yes, those pesky elk that have been hanging on the highway…  Highly dangerous, especially at night, this herd has…

Deer Crossing

Posted on January 26, 2014

I spent most of my day either cleaning and picking up my house or sneaking out to work in my studio. I only have the boards above the big window to install! I also bought a truckload of good plastic tubs to keep my crafts in, hopefully they’ll be much more mouse-proof than my cardboard…
