Posted on August 13, 2013

Rimrock English Shepherds

Posted on August 12, 2013

Posted on August 11, 2013

Vernon and I went for a drive this afternoon just to get away.  If we stay here, we tend to find work, so a drive is a good option.  We headed towards our Mesa Pasture, the one burned in the wildfire last year.  I still have not been all over it this year, just to…

First round.  What a difference, right? Haven’t taken one of the top painted… but it is! Two of the garage doors… BEFORE I scraped them and washed the windows and caulked around the windows (until I ran out!)  The windows were SOOOOOOO dirty, they appeared to be frosted glass!  Ick. I used my minitruck as…

Build Your Own Solar Oven

Posted on August 9, 2013June 17, 2015

I’ve primed garage doors and windows today… using a brush the entire time since enough of a breeze was blowing, that my sprayer would have drifted all over my garage! I’ve started making a few SoapStones with the handmade soap from Miller Soap Company.  Did I tell you about the scents???  Oh, my… they are…

Questions and Answers – August 2013 Edition

Posted on August 8, 2013

LightNING and rain passed north and south of us… Here’s hoping for no fire calls!  Let’s get going!   Marilyn: Questions: how do the doggies react during thunder and lightning? how did you select the name, “Dally”? Ten Things You Don’t Know About: Alfalfa

Posted on August 6, 2013

We are in the midst of haying season here, although temporarily slowed by equipment problems. With my monthly Questions and Answer Session coming up… I’ve actually been thinking about some topics that no one ever seems to ask questions about. Headed for Bed

Posted on August 3, 2013

Well, I DEFINITELY feel like I accomplished something today! Whew. Holding…
